The working agreement

Terms of Service.

The rules for using Kavach360 responsibly, with enough clarity for every role in a community to know what they can expect.

About the service

Kavach360 is a community operating platform for committees, residents, security teams, and facility teams. It brings everyday workflows into role-specific views so a community can coordinate work, communication, and records from one place.

Pre-launch note: access, availability, service levels, and commercial terms will be defined in the applicable order form or workspace agreement before production use.

Accounts and access

A community administrator is responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles, and keeping access current. Each person is responsible for protecting their sign-in details and using only the permissions assigned to them.

  • Keep account and workspace information accurate enough for the requested workflow.
  • Tell Kavach360 or the workspace administrator if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Do not share credentials or use another person’s account.
  • Remove access when a person no longer needs it for their role.

Acceptable use

Use Kavach360 only for lawful community operations and in a way that respects the people represented in the workspace. Do not use the service to impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, interfere with the platform, or collect information you do not have a legitimate reason to handle.

01

Respect access boundaries

Role-based views are part of the product’s trust model. Do not work around them or expose records to people who should not receive them.

02

Keep communications useful

Announcements, requests, and notices should support the community’s work and avoid harassment, abuse, or deceptive content.

Your content and our service

Your community remains responsible for the content and records it enters into Kavach360. You give Kavach360 the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and protect that content in order to provide the service.

Kavach360 may use aggregated or de-identified product signals to improve reliability, usability, and security. We do not use that permission to claim ownership of your community records.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the product, law, or operating model changes. Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate product or account channel. Continued use after an effective date means the updated terms apply to future use.
